Port Nimara has completed its first major marina infrastructure milestone, with A-Dock—the project’s largest floating dock - delivered ahead of schedule by SF Marina Sweden. The 118-berth superyacht marina will accommodate vessels up to 240 feet, with the first yachts targeted for the 2027 winter season.
The project is also building out its luxury lifestyle offering, including Equinox Resort Anguilla, serviced residences and villas, and the newly launched Beaufort Yacht Club, which will serve as the social hub for yacht owners, captains, and members.
The development continues to receive strong support from the Anguillan government and is positioned as a major investment in the island’s tourism and maritime economy. With the first dock now in the water, the project has moved from planning into a more tangible phase of construction.
