SF Marina, a Swedish leader in floating concrete pontoon technology, is constructing state-of-the-art floating concrete pontoons for Port Nimara in Anguilla. These robust structures are engineered to withstand harsh marine environments, ensuring durability and safety. Port Nimara, Anguilla's first superyacht marina, will feature 118 berths accommodating yachts up to 240+ feet, a five-star hotel, 18 beachfront villas, and 45 hillside residences.
The project is a collaboration between SF Marina, Consigli Construction, TEI Inc., and Antillean Development LLC. The marina's construction is expected to be completed in early 2027, with the hotel and villas following in early 2028. SF Marina's innovative pontoons play a crucial role in enhancing Anguilla's maritime infrastructure, positioning the island as a premier yachting destination.
