Port Nimara, Anguilla’s newest luxury marina destination, has partnered with Equinox Hotels to develop the Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara. Located on Anguilla’s southwest coast, the development will feature a 118-berth marina for yachts up to 240 feet, alongside a 62-room Equinox resort and branded residences, including oceanfront villas, upland villas, and resort residences with panoramic views.
Designed as a premier lifestyle destination, Port Nimara will offer a vibrant marina promenade with restaurants, bars, luxury retail, and wellness amenities such as an Equinox Club and The Spa by Equinox Hotels. Sales of the residences will launch in Q1 2026 with Christie’s International Real Estate, with the marina expected to open in 2027 and the resort in 2029, setting a new standard for luxury marina living in the Caribbean.
