This process involves deepening and expanding the pond to accommodate 118 berths for yachts up to 240+ feet. The dredged material is managed carefully to minimize environmental impact, aligning with the developers' commitment to sustainable design.

Upon completion, Port Nimara will feature a five-star hotel, beachfront villas, and hillside residences, enhancing Anguilla's tourism and maritime sectors.
